Selling your home and moving can be a stressful life change.  We recruited Geoff Slick to be our realtor and Proxy through out our home selling journey. We met with Geoff and he explained the entire process of what would be involved in selling our home.  If we didn’t understand any part of the process, he stepped back and explained. He made it easy on us and most importantly, we put our trust into Geoff Slick.

Geoff Slick listed our home, then proceeded to host open houses which had remarkable turnouts. He requested feedback from attendees and fellow Realtors after house tours and open house showings.  He used this feedback to make marketing improvements or home tweaks if necessary.  He is always looking for ways to improve the showings but he also looked critically for things that may have needed improving property wise… this may sound bad, but in a good way….. Geoff  is  picky.

Geoff noticed that one of the two the sump pumps in our basement was not operating properly, sure enough, one had stopped operating leaving the back up pump to run over time.  He called us (Geoff is also a great Property Manager and Home Steward) and told us of the problem.  We had the faulty pump replaced and Geoff made it a point to go out of his way, back to our house and check on the pump on his own time. He then reported all is well but he kept his eye out for us and problems if they were to arise.

Geoff was tireless in his efforts to market our house and to get it sold.  When offers came, Geoff gave us professional input and relayed our decisions back to the interested parties, he was the epitome of a Professional Real Estate Agent.  When we accepted an offer, Geoff once again  outlined what to expect with home inspections, financing, closing, the entire gamut.
